Thanks for your comment on Silicon Valley companies. Yes, the corporate atmosphere certainly can affect creativity. Part of the process toward achieving higher ethics in business is understanding virtues in terms of success, rather than just in terms of morals or religion. Creativity is a virtue, but it is not necessarily associated with religious concepts. One might feel inspiration, which could have some connection to spirituality (in its broadest sense), depending upon the context.
